Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information.  Please review our privacy practices and let us know if you have any questions.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

You may always visit our site anonymously, however we necessarily collect information from you when you place an order, register on our site, subscribe to our email notification list, or respond to a survey.  In those situations, you may be asked to enter one or more of the following (Personal Information): name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or payment information.

We use cookies on our site to record session information such as pages visited, shopping cart items, interactions with website features, time spent on the website, and sales originating from an affiliate site, and to inform and optimize website performance and online advertising campaigns. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any Personal information you submit to us.  User IP addresses are recorded during order placement for security purposes only.  Note that your browser may be configurable to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set; use the "Help" menu for your specific browser to find out how to change your cookie preferences. Note that disabling cookies on our site may limit access to some site functionality.

We also use Google Analytics to track aggregated site usage and monitor customer traffic patterns to help improve the design, layout, and content of our site to better match user interests. To opt-out of analysis via the Google Analytics cookie, please visit the Google Analytics opt-out page.  Note: “Do Not Track” (DNT) is a privacy preference available in some web browsers. Our site may not fully recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, however, as there is not yet standardization in the industry related to DNT compliance.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We may use the Personal Information we collect from you when you make a purchase, register, or sign up for updates to (1) process orders, (2) communicate with you, and (3) improve our website.  The email address you provide for order processing will be used only to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.  We use an opt-in only policy for general email notifications; only email addresses provided specifically to our Email Notification List will be used to send periodic company news and updates. Each notification email will include detailed unsubscribe instructions.

Moondog Labs does NOT share, sell, rent or trade Personal Information with third parties for their own promotional purposes, and will only share Personal Information as outlined here or with your consent.
