COVID-19 Prevention

The global spread of COVID-19 has created great uncertainty for us all. To support the health of our employees and customers, we are taking every measure to minimize the risks associated with the virus.
All of our office staff are now working from home, and our operations staff are wearing appropriate protective gear and working in separate locations or shifts to maximize social distancing.
We are following all CDC guidelines to keep our operations clean and sanitized, in order to protect both you and our staff.  We will continue working to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible while taking these comprehensive protective measures.
Our shipping carriers are continuously updating information regarding the effects of COVID-19 on their worldwide operations, which may include shipping delays or restrictions on delivery in some areas.  At present (April 15), we are experiencing the most noticeable delays with international postal service as some countries are delaying transfer of packages between countries.
